Hi, I’m Cheyanne Hiatt—a Casper, Wyoming native, educator, coach, wife, and mother. I’ve always loved bringing people together, creating meaningful experiences, and finding ways to make life’s special moments worth celebrating. As part of the team behind Willow Events & Co., I’m passionate about helping bring each client’s vision to life. From weddings and milestone celebrations to birthdays, community events, intimate gatherings, and everything in between, our goal is to create experiences that feel intentional, memorable, and uniquely yours.
I love creating opportunities for our community to come together and celebrate what matters most—whether that means saying “I do,” marking an important milestone, gathering with the people you love, or simply finding a reason to celebrate.

Hi, I’m Ashlee Bennett, and I’ve proudly called Wyoming home for more than 20 years. I’m a wife, a mother of two wonderful children who fuel my soul, and the owner of Empowered Hustle and Fitness and Hustle Health and Performance. Along with my passion for fitness and nutrition, I’ve always loved interior design, decorating, and transforming spaces. There’s something incredibly rewarding about taking someone’s vision and bringing it to life in a way that creates happiness, connection, and lasting memories.

Hi, I’m Staylee. I grew up in Casper, Wyoming, and I’m grateful that I still get to call this community home. I’m an elementary art teacher and volleyball coach with a passion for creativity, connection, and helping others express themselves. Creative expression has always been an important part of who I am, and I’m excited to help bring more of it to our community through Willow Events & Co. I love the opportunity to transform ideas into meaningful experiences that reflect the people and moments being celebrated.
Being able to build this business alongside some of my closest friends is truly a dream come true. I can’t wait to see the events, parties, and celebrations we help bring to life for you and the people you love.
